This Web Hosting Agreement is between Hotlineservers LLC and the person/persons who use our website hosting services. Please read carefully to ensure you understand our terms before purchasing any of our products or services.


Hotlineservers LLC agrees to provide the services stated for the price agreed at any given time. We do not miss lead customers with hidden costs unlike many other web hosting companies.


Clients will be held responsible for any and all actions performed by their account whether done by the account holder or by others. If server security is compromised, the account holder is responsible for all violations of these Terms of Service (so called herein) and Hotlineservers's Acceptable Use Policy (.AUP.), including SPAM, and all disconnect and reconnect fees associated with violations. Hotlineservers does not harden or enable additional server security software outside of operating system defaults.

All customers are responsible bandwidth transfer each month. Customers who go over the limit will have the port speed reduced to 10mbps with the option to upgrade their account.


Invoices for renewals will be issued and charged up to 10 days in advance to ensure that we receive cleared funds for the continued hosting service. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. If payment is not received within 5 days after the due date a $5 fee will be added. Hotlineservers LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon. Any account not brought current on the day service payment is due is subject to suspension. YOU are responsible for all fees owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that YOU notify Hotlineservers LLC to request for termination of services. We are based in the USA our websites currency is USD. YOUR particular billing cycle corresponds to the contract length that was initially chosen at setup. YOUR account will automatically renew at this length unless cancelled before hand. There is no fee for cancelled accounts that have been paid for yearly. If you cancel an account on the monthly billing cycle Hotlineservers LLC can not refund any payments made before. We do not refund for unused time. Your service is set to renew automatically. If you chose not to renew, please submit proper cancelation request from the client area. Cancellation requests for each active services, must be submitted at least 11 days before the due date or you maybe charged for the next month of service.

All annual payments are non refundable once the 7 day money back guarantee has passed. The only time your annual plan will end is if your account does not comply with our terms of service/acceptable usage policy. Both monthly and annual payments are non-refundable if your account does not follow our terms of service/acceptable usage policy.
